For more than a decade I travelled the world (ten countries) photographing and interviewing some of the last of the pilots who saw action in WWII. I am now drawing and painting events described to me by them. These pieces will be used in the book I am writing about the pilots.

I was also privileged to meet seven women who fought on the allied side against the invading Germans (the first draft of a book about them is complete).
